What's New In 2010 you ask?

Still leading the way in the St. Augustine Arts,
Jean was recently honored with a show "For The Love Of Art"
featuring 60 paintings that span more than 60 years of her carreer. Even at one painting per year it is a small token of the many hundreds of paintings she has created over her life time. In her late eighties she is still prolific (follow the "recent works" exhibit link). She continues to be an inspiration to all working and aspiring artists.

In 2009, working with the St. Augustine Art Association, she set up the "Jean Troemel Best of Show Awards" establishing permanently funded awards. These awards along with the other generous awards offered by the Association,
encourage artists to participate in their community's art events.
